Rare Sighting of North Pacific Right Whales in Alaska
With only 30 animals left in the eastern stock of North Pacific right whales, sightings are incredibly rare and special. In August 2021, a team of NOAA biologists spotted 4 animals near Kodiak Island. This video shows two sighted in Barnabas Trough.
